OUR POLICY

 

PAYMENT

A $15 deposit is required to secure your booking.

All deposits need to be paid by VAGARO booking app/website.

We accept Visa Card/ Apple Pay/Zelle/Venmo in the store.

LATE POLICY

If you are running late, please inform us in advance.

You have a 5-minute grace period. If you are more than 15 min late your appointment will be canceled.

CANCELLATION

Cancellations should be made 24 hours or more, before your appointment.

The deposit will not be refundable in the event of a cancellation.

REFUND POLICY

There will be no refunds after the service is rendered.

If you have a problem with your nails, you will have 24 hours to contact us and get it fixed at our earliest convenience.
